There are many different possible front suspension and steering box combinations available, and we at Classic Performance carry a complete line of top quality steering universal joints and steering shafts. We also carry steering support bearings for those instances when three or more universals are used. When ordering, please provide the necessary information regarding: Year, make, and model of steering column and steering box, steering shaft length, and all pertinent information so we can better serve you.

When rebuilding or modifying your steering system, it is often necessary to replace the worn factory steering shaft coupler (commonly called a ragjoint) to regain the factory new feel. These couplers are made of rubber, and often wear out or become saturated with oil. The extreme engine compartment heat is not kind to them either. When ordering, please indicate if using a 1969-76 (13/*16 - 36 shaft) or 1977-86 (3/4 - 30 shaft) steering box.
